CP University is an exclusive educational program developed by Cruise Planners, an American Express Travel Services Representative. The courses are provided year round by Cruise Planners’ subject matter experts. Our mission is to provide our members with continuous support and education to help them book more cruises and make more money.
Academic calendar includes: seminars at sea, annual convention, keynote speakers, continuing education in Florida, live webinars, resource materials and tools.
2008 will have a comprehensive curriculum covering more than 20 topics:

CP University also features four orientation webinars for new agents. Topics include an introduction to Cruise Planners’ Internet Resource Center, web program, basic steps of the accounting package and start-up marketing and sales support.
